I have a 1980 Grey doublewide set up in Winter Haven manufactured home community. It is a beautiful 2br 2ba with large front porch which has A/C all new appliances and only pre-approved screened folks can live in this quite and safe neighborhood. I have a double corner lot and a nice set up. It is mostly furnished. Short a dresser as of this posting. All the appliances are less than 2 yrs old and stainless steel except the dishwasher.Washer and dryer 4 yrs old included. This park is nice and quite and has alot of friendly people who help each other out. Also has alot of planned social activities for those who like to socialize and a nice swimming pool, game room/library, clubhouse and laundry facilities. Must be able to pass the credit check and be inside the age limits 45+(By Fl Law) no children no large or barking dogs. I need to sell or trade this for an addition to my home in Frostproof and some kitchen cabinets. I am asking $29k but if the right deal comes along can consider less. Is your son a builder?
