personal electronic cutter has mats and power cords, works well, just not what I was looking for.There are no key pad covers, or cartridges I bought mine on line separately for another one I have .I also have a couple sheets of vinyl so you can try it out, The owner manual and a CD to help you learn your machine. I just checked and it has a cartridge and pad cover for it, I may be interested in selling a couple of the key board/pad cover for $10 each. I'll just leave it go with Cash only and must pick up in Babson Park
