The MF-30 fat tire electric trike designs the step-thru frame for more riders. Whoever you are, whatever you wear, you can span the frame and get on the trike easily.
The rear differential exists to adjust the speed difference between the left and right wheels so that when the MF-30 is driving on uneven roads or turning, the left and right wheels can roll at different speeds.
