The engine was bought to power a 21ft CAL 2-29 but was never installed. It is a solid, bulletproof 2-cylinder diesel motor in clean condition. The Yanmar 2GMF is often noted for its reliability and easy maintenance. We encourage buyers to inspect the engine.
It was started with starting fluid when purchased, but has sat in storage for almost two years. The engine turns over, I have not put any effort into starting it however, since I got rid of the boat before install.
