Pay: $31.50/hr + performance incentives + profit sharing (up to $38/hr)
Type: Full-Time

Work Areas: Multiple locations (residential projects)

What youll do

• Lead & mentor carpenters/apprentices on-site

• Run remodels/additions: framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, siding, windows/doors

• Read plans/scopes, manage materials, track progress

• Coordinate with subcontractors/vendors and keep timelines on point

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

• Proactively solve jobsite issues and keep the crew productive
