I'm Daniel, Handyman. Please see below list for service offering, but in no way is this list complete. These are just a few of the thing I have done recently, and prices I have charged.

Assembly; $65 Per Piece and Up, Discount for multiple pieces.
Desks, Chairs, Tables(All Types), Dressers and Chest of Drawers, Night Stands, Bed Frames, Wardrobes and Armoires, Patio Sets, Play Sets, Sheds, Arched Gates, Picnic Tables, Bikes, Exercise Equipment, and Many More. Those dreaded words you read on the side of a box. Or maybe it was RTA or Ready To Assemble. Fear not, as I can help. Prices range from $50 (for a simple table or maybe a nightstand) to $250 (for a complex entertainment center, dresser, or chest of drawers). Lots of experience with Ikea, Better Homes And Garden, Sauder, Huffy, Schwinn, and many others.
TV Mounting;
TV Mounting, up to 74", $80 (No Hidden Wires, Not Including Mount, 1 Year Warranty on Labor)
TV Mounting, 75" +, $100 (No Hidden Wirers, Not Including Mount, 1 Year Warranty on Labor)
TV Mounting, up to 74", $100 (Wires Hidden in Raceway, Not Including Mount or Raceway, 1 Year Warranty on Labor)
TV Mounting, 75" +, $120 (Wires Hidden in Raceway, Not including Mount or Raceway, 1 Year Warranty on Labor)
Discount Applied to Two or More TV Mounting. If you are unable to lend a hand in the final stage of hanging the TV, I will need to charge an additional $50 to cover a second laborer.
Cleaning;
Move In/Move Out Cleaning, Affordable Rates From $0.15/Sq Ft of the Property. (All Supplies Provided)
New Construction Cleanup Including 6 Stage Cleaning, From $1/Sq Ft (1, Exterior Cleanup weekly or as needed-Porter Service. 2, Post Stub Out-Pre Insulation Blow Down #1-Rough Clean. 3, Post Bed/Feather-Pre Paint Blow Down #2-Rough Clean and Vacuum. 4, Pre Flooring Cleanup-Sweep and Vacuum. 5, Final Pass-Deep Clean and Windows. 6, Fluff)
Make Ready Services, From $1 A Square Foot of the Property. Choices Include Paint, Maintenance check, Preventative Maintenance, Deep Cleaning. Doesn't include upgrades, replacement, paint or other supplies.
