TrueFix South Florida is seeking an experienced handyman to join our growing team as an independent contractor (1099).
We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Primary Responsibilities
Drywall installation, repair, and wall patching
Ceiling repairs after plumbing leaks or water damage
Drywall finishing, taping, mudding, sanding, and texture matching
Insulation removal and replacement
Working safely inside attics and crawl spaces
Framing of small repairs
Interior painting and touch-ups
Door, trim, and baseboard installation
Minor carpentry repairs
General residential handyman services
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of handyman or drywall repair experience
Comfortable working inside hot attics and on ladders
Experience repairing ceilings from below (no attic access when required)
Own truck or van
Own professional tools
Valid driver's license
Liability insurance preferred
Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Smartphone capable of taking high-quality before, during, and after photos
