• Fabrication and Assembly: Pipe fabricators cut, shape, and weld piping components such as pipes, tees, flanges, and elbows according to blueprints and specifications.
• Blueprint Interpretation: They read and interpret technical drawings to determine the type, size, and quantity of pipes needed for projects.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests on assembled structures to ensure they are leak-proof and meet safety standards.
• Tool Operation: Utilize specialized tools and equipment, including pipe bending machines, plasma cutting tools, and welding equipment, to fabricate pipes accurately.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform maintenance and repair tasks on existing piping systems, addressing issues such as leaks or misalignments.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Must be able to use a measuring tape, grinder
