Official EVH 4-button replacement footswitch for the 5150 III 50-Watt heads and combos. This is the MIDI-style version (Part Number: 0070926000) that toggles all three channels plus the effects loop.
Includes a new heavy-duty 20ft 7-pin MIDI cable. Having the 7-pin cable is essential for this unit to power the LEDs correctly from the amp.
Works perfectly, clean condition. Great if yours was lost or damaged, or if you bought a used head that was missing the original controller.

Open to trades for other guitar gear, studio monitors, or pedals, synth.
