About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and proactive General Manager to lead daily operations at our Winterhaven, FL property. This is a hands-on, multifaceted leadership role. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in hotel or property management, demonstrating the ability to oversee everything from guest experiences and reservations to facility maintenance and local marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Oversight: Assume complete operational responsibility for the unit hotel, ensuring pristine conditions across all interior spaces and exterior grounds.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and lead a dedicated team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards.
Guest Relations & Reservations: Oversee the reservation management process and ensure guest satisfaction is prioritized from check-in to check-out.
Marketing & Sales Support: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive occupancy and brand awareness.
Facility & Vendor Management: Coordinate routine maintenance and manage vendor relations to ensure the property is always in top-tier condition.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in hotel or property management.
Strong background in team leadership, training, and employee management.
Working knowledge of exterior property upkeep (including pool maintenance) and interior housekeeping protocols.
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and assisting with promotional or marketing efforts.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
