The house is a furnished three bedroom two bath home with a breakfast nook. Central AC/Heat, small appliances, dishwasher, W/D, cooking pans, dishes...
(And when we are here -fantastic housemates!!!)
The bedroom is furnished with a bed, side table, dresser/mirror, desk and chair. There is an antenna cable in the room for a TV. The bathroom is in the hall just steps from your room.
YOU will be the only housemate.
I check personal and employment references, banking and a background/credit check is required to live in the community- their rule not mine.
The initial interview will be via phone. (We can initially text to set up a time to chat on the phone. I will also email more information once we have chatted.)
