I have a partially furnished room available to rent in Bartow. The home is a 1984 mobile home in a Sr mobile home park. You must be 40 years of age or older.There is access to a nice swimming pool, driving range, shuffle board and several stocked fishing lakes.
You will have to pay for and pass a background check for the HOA.
I have a small dog and you may bring one with you. Dog must be under 25 lbs, friendly, house trained and well behaved. I will not tolerate a dog that consistently barks and/or relieves itself indoors.
You will need a car or some mode of transportation. The public transportation is almost 2 miles north of here by the courthouse. As well as all shopping.
If you have no furniture, I am sure we could work something out.
