This is a safe neighborhood with security cameras, located a few blocks from Winter Haven High School and in close proximity to lakes, parks, stores, library, highways, restaurants and entertainment.
I will work with you on the security deposit which is one month's rent and give a thirty day notice of any changes, updates.
There is a male tenant that has been here almost four years. He is in his 40's and is an UBER DRIVER.
